How to Get Here

About us

The church is not a building. The church is a group of individuals that have been saved and called out of the world in accordance with the commandments given in God’s Word.

As God has commanded, we meet on the first day of every week (Hebrews 10:25,26) to worship Him. Our worship is patterned after the first century church found in the New Testament. Each first day of the week, Sunday, we meet together to pray (Acts 2:42), sing (Colossians 3:16), partake of the Lord’s Supper (Acts 20:7), hear a lesson from the Word of God (II Timothy 4:2), and make individual contributions to carry on the work of the church (I Corinthians 16:1-2). We do not follow any man made doctrine and strive to do only that which has been authorized by God in the Scriptures, neither adding to His commandments nor taking away from them (Revelation 22:18–19).

Things we’re great at

We focus on loving all people, Seeking the Truth of Gods Word, and making his Word known to all the world.

Loving People

We are commanded to love all people. God is love, therefore He commands us to love our neighbor as ourself.

Seeking Truth

Truth is central to what we beleive and do. As Christians knowing truth and seeking it out in all things is a requirement.

Spreading the Word

We spread God’s Word through preaching and teaching His word. The Bible is our sole authority in all matter of faith and doctrine.

What We Believe and Why

Our Commitment to Scripture

We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the sole guide for faith and practice, fully sufficient to instruct us in all matters concerning life, godliness, and the organization of the church. We seek to speak where the Bible speaks and remain silent where it is silent.

Saving Souls is what its all about

We are saved by grace through faith.

Salvation is by the grace of God, made possible through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. In response to the gospel, individuals are called to:

Hear the Word of God – Romans 10:17
Believe in Jesus Christ – Acts 16:31
Repent of their sins – Luke 13:3, 5
Confess their faith in Christ – 2 Timothy 2:12
Be baptized by immersion for the forgiveness of sins – Mark 16:16

Baptism is the point at which one receives the forgiveness of sins and is added by God to His church.
Acts 2:38-41, Galatians 3:27
